Question / Help When using OBS photoshop is almost non-useable

Okay, I've searched and search and searched and I CAN NOT find any help with.
I want to stream but my photoshop slows wayyy down. There is so much lag in photoshop using my tablet its almost non-useable when streaming.

Does ANYONE have any idea how to fix this?

I have a 2010 13" macbook pro.
I just upgraded to Yosemite
I just updated my RAM to 8G
I'm using PSCS5

I seems OBS is just taking up much Ram.

Don't use Window capture, use Display capture instead.
