Question / Help What settings should I stream with in OBS with the following specs, to twitch?

1. upload speed from speedtest.net: 21.81Mbps (what should I set my max bitrate to and the buffer size to?)

2. I have an I-5 oc'd to 4.5GHz, 8 gigs RAM, SSD HD, Sapphire 3GB video card

22mbit upload... The world is yours ^^

I think twitch can only handle up to 3500kbit. Looks very good at 1080p.

so with my specs should i use 3500 and 60fps or 30?
