I was told that the encoding latency is encode(streaming_h264). But what does receive_video and do_encode do? Do the latency of these two affect overall delay?
If I want to calculate the overall delay from capturing the screen to finishing encoding, do I need to add the latency of receive_video, do_encode, and encode(streaming_h264)?
