This weird sound is coming through the computer's audio but apparently it's caused by the elgato since when I disable or unplung the elgato it stops transmitting the weird static. It's a bother because when I stream I have to mute the computer's audio completely so no one can hear the follow alert etc. How do I fix this problem?
