Bug Report Weird lag after the Win10 anniversary update

Since the Win10 update arrived yesterday my OBS Studio don't really want to work well for me.
I have lag, the fps is fine but it's still stuttering quite bad. I guess it's more like constant micro stutters.

Also noticed dwm.exe is going up to around 15% CPU usage. Can that be related?
Old OBS is running just fine. Tried to reinstall OBS studio but no success. Also first time I started it since the update it too quite a long time to start. 10s plus with SSD.

Anyone else have this or know what the problem is?

Log included. In the bottom it says "Number of memory leaks: 1". Is that normal?

Edit:
In Overwatch the fps is constant ~154
In wow I have 40fps with OBS Studio running. 140 without

Is the lag in the game, or in the video? (If in the video, would it be possible to show an example?)
Are your OBS original and Studio settings the same?
The log says you have 2 GB of RAM; is this correct?
Does your CPU usage spike or anything while recording/streaming? (If not, what is the general CPU usage with a game open)
Are you using quicksync or x264?
I don't know a obut dwm.exe or the memory leak, though it did show up in another user's thread about lag (link), and doesn't show up in mine.

As per the SSD load time; make sure your SSD isn't getting too full.

Don't know if this will help you but a CS GO post had said that XBOX DVR Is turned on which has affected peoples Input lag and also the FPS. They said to turn it off....if its just game fps that's having issues.

Pretty sure this is just in game I'm feeling this.
Using x264
No I'm on 16gb of ram. Opened up OBS Studio 64-bit again and checked the log. It says 16gb now. I probably happened to start the 32-bit for that log.

Microsoft changed the d3d9.dll again, so high performance game capture for directx 9 games stopped working. You'll have to wait for a fix.
Thanks, waiting for a fix then. Old OBS will have to do meanwhile

I'm right, I tried it at home when I come home from work and I still have this problem :( I do not think that I reinstall Win 10 and leave the original update :(
