Using OBS to record to YouTube. On the preview it seems nice, but the final video is somewhat blurry and low res?

Made on Moviemaker, exporting as: https://imgur.com/a/nQesi (just started learning Sony Vegas recently, planning on switch when possible)
So... what am I doing wrong and how to fix it? Webcam isn't top notch, but shouldn't be that bad either, right? Video quality on youtube seems way bellow other "just-started" channels.
