I have a wieeeerd problem with my stream. It was ok so far. But today, after cca 7 days i started stream and always, after 10-20 seconds of actual ''streaming'' the upload starting to collapse and then it get's stucked at 1000kbps and im loosing all my frames. This happens ONLY when i start streaming, not when im just recording or previewing even with encoding ON. My internet is very stable and this is very strange. Here is my videos how it works, so you can see what i mean. 1 Minute of Encoding Recording is ok, then i start Streaming and after like 10 seconds its all gone.

Here is my LOG

It sounds like your ISP is performing traffic shaping on your connection. Try using ShaperProbe to verify.

Code:
DiffProbe release. January 2012. Build 1008.
Shaper Detection Module.

Connected to server 4.71.254.149.

Estimating capacity:
Upstream: 4205 Kbps.
Downstream: 12625 Kbps.

The measurement will take upto 2.5 minutes. Please wait.

Checking for traffic shapers:

Upstream: No shaper detected.
Median received rate: 4144 Kbps.

Downstream: No shaper detected.
Median received rate: 12394 Kbps.

Hm, perhaps it's a bad server then? That server apparently has 1252 millisecond latency.

Hi Jim, yes, it was probably the server issue. Yesterday i did 2 hours stream and there was not even 1 frame lost and everything was OK. Anyway, thanks :)

Dunno, maybe try different server. I'm from Czech Republic so i'm using EU Prague and it works perfectly, expect this one time that i posted here.

That can be normal depending on your RTT. It's only a problem if you drop frames, in which case you should consult the dropped frames sticky.
