Question / Help Upgrading made my stream slower?

That makes sense. Your CPU is crapping out under load (btw the upgrade didnt gave you anything in terms of raw encoding power, since the 8350 is actually halfway decent at encoding and not really slower than i5 4690. Slight edge for the FX CPU here, it can be overclocked and will be even faster than the i5. In games the i5 is better.

fx8350 and everything later than the i5 3570 is about equal when it comes to "encoding" power so theres not really any gain in your case but now you have the option to use qsv which is a really nice have to and advantage, since its taking the load off the cpu and lets the igpu encode it which is pretty much comparable to x264 on veryfast preset.
1080p still needs too mich bitrate for rats like us without being a twitch partner ;(
720p30 with 2500 bitrate will look fine though, recommended max is 3500 everything excessive above this mark is considered a terms of service violation and will get you banned in no time unless you are a partner.
the way you are describing your problem its rather dropping frames due to connectivity issues or just simple buffering issues due to the extremly high bitrate
another point would be changing the keyframe interval to 2 (2seconds) instead of 8 so whenever your encoder would skip a frame it would just be a short skip instead of an 8 second skip

So I kept it at 1080p and 30fps turned the bitrate down to 3500 (didn't know about the ToS) and i'm going to try to stream with that later today if everything goes fine I will say so and if no ill downgrade to 720p. I have 2 more questions 1. What is this qsv thingy and 2. What does "Encode in Full Range" do?
