Question / Help Unhandled exception: c0000005 HELP

I've been using obs to record for years, but recently I had to format the PC and reinstall obs, I downloaded the latest version, I started obs and I got a nice mistake:
so I went to see the crash problem: Unhandled exception: c0000005

I tried to reinstall the program multiple times without results

Can someone help me??
