I have received complaints on my stream, saying that the stream freezes every 3 seconds, and so cannot be watched properly.
I tested this myself on my phone, and I could see that the freezes were happening and they lasted for at least a few seconds.
Here is my latest OBS log (pastebin is giving me a 504 bad gateway, so I am using justpaste):
