Hi, for a little back story of my issue.
I'm running a GTX1070 (for now) and till the latest windows spring update my streaming went just fine, since then i get severe FPS drops in OBS due to GPU bottleneck, while the games run just fine.
In Order to tackle this i started looking around for ways to change the priority of OBS, but no "traditional" method seem to work.
I Saw some options to tweak GPU priority in the windows registry (mainly used for games)
but there is also one for "Capture" under the following path:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Multimedia\SystemProfile\Tasks\Capture
at the moment im not likely to test this without some sort of confirmation that OBS is using this key in any way, so im looking for any help on figuring that out.
and yes, i dont mind about OBS causing drops in my games, as long as its varies according to GPU demand (dont want to cap at 60 for games)
Thanks.
