Question / Help Trouble syncing

Ok so i have my settings to stream as my webcam set to "use buffering" checked and its set to 1400 ms. this is because im using the first Elgato released and it has a bit of a delay because its USB 2.0. I also have under the settings and under audio i have "Mic Sync Offset" put to 1400 to line up the audio with my camera. So my camera and audio are in sync when im streaming and there in sync with my gameplay from the Elgato but the issue im having is that when i play music on my computer for the stream the audio is off. For example when i play a saw and sing along with it when the stream heres the song it then heres me singing that same part of the song a couple seconds later. It could be about 1400 ms later but im not sure
