Question / Help Suddenly lagging after 2 months ?

i'am streaming for 2 months now but suddenly it starts lagging any tips to help me ??

specs:
I5-9600K @ 3.70GHz
GTX MSI 1060 6 GB
16 GB RAM
3000 - 4000 bitrate

Did your Windows 10 update recently?

16:01:42.387: Windows Version: 10.0 Build 17763 (revision: 253; 64-bit)

If so, you have Game Bar and Game DVR off already, go back to that same place and go to Game Mode(Windows + i>Gaming>Game Mode), turn off Game Mode.

The newest version of Windows 10 enabled a new version of Game Mode by default, this version drastically cripples OBS. Thankfully, you can turn it off with a simple switch.
