Question / Help Sub Region help!!

Hey everyone im currently trying to use a window capture and use the sub region. My resolution is currently 1920x1080 and i am playing on an asus rog laptop. Well when I go to select my sub region the box just will not move past a certain point. I cannot select the regions i would like yet when i press enter and okay and go back to preview my stream the application is showing in full screen surrounded by black boxes that warp my mouse. I can add gyazos or any kind of screen shots if needed but please help!

Could you please provide photos.

By the sounds of what you're explaining with the black boxes is you don't have it set to stretch to screen/keep aspect ratio?
