Question / Help Streaming Wii U, OBS runs it badly, Recentral downloaded for my Capture Card runs it well. Any help?

So I have here myself an Avermedia Live Gamer Portable capture card that I was given to stream and record my Wii U Gameplay. When I first started and hooked up all the stuffs together (Monitor to capture card to laptop), I tried using OBS to stream my Wii U. Unfortunately, the gameplay quality was incredibly choppy and was just all around bad. I tried editing settings to help fix it, but it seemed I couldn't run OBS and stream without it being very choppy and bad quality, or a freeze fest.

However, I found out there was a software known as Recentral that let me use my Capture card to stream. I decided to try it out on a whim and it turned out to be at a MUCH better quality, very watchable, and was all around good.

However, it's very limited in customization. Can't do layouts, can't figure out how to stream group voice commentary while playing. It was just the game, my voice, and that was it.

Ideally, I want OBS to start running my streams well so I can have a better stream for my viewers. People were a bit disappointed when I couldn't even do notifications for people who followed me. When doing group commentary, I was the only that could be heard, and I couldn't find the options that let the desktop sound through Recentral.

Here's a log, though if I might need anything else, please let me know. Thanks!
