Question / Help streaming to an iPhone

Help guys, what are the settings to stream to an iPhone?

I am using 416x234, 10 fps, 200 kbps video, 64 kbps audio.

are there additional x264 settings to apply?

I looked through here, for the settings I got above:

OBS doesn't do HTTP live streaming, it does RTMP. You have to stream to an RTMP server, which can then serve the stream to clients.
