Question / Help Streaming causing fps drops ingame

Yesterday when i tried to stream my fps dropped from 100-140 to 40-70. I have no idea why. When i was testing mu stream earlier it was fine. Face cam could be a problem but i want it to be 16:9. I tried diffrent resolutions and it didnt help 100%

6700k
Gtx 960 4gb
2x8gb 3200mhz
