CBR Bitrate hovers between 3000-3500 on high movement games
Fast Cpu Preset
Lanczos Fiter
60 fps
I recently got an upgraded PC have noticed the quality of my streams has increased dramatically but I'm still getting a lot of blur on high movement games specifically Rocket League and even games like Rust. Any Advice would be appreciated thanks.
