Question / Help Stream setup (upload / quality etc)

Hey guys
I'm pretty new to streaming and wanna ask what I should configurate with my upload speed.

(PC would mostly handle anything)

My upload speed is: 770kbps

I hope someone could help me.

Also, if you haven't done so yet, I suggest you install the "Service/Server ping plugin" http://obsproject.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=3226 It's very useful to hook up to the most responsive twitch (or other streaming site) servers.

and yeah :P

didnt changed the obs settings (tryed it but well if I do it i fail everytime).
