Question / Help Stream runs perfect for hours, then bitrate spikes

Basically my stream will run fine for hours, then suddenly my bitrate starts spiking and becomes unstable. My game works perfectly fine and i notice no fps drops or connection lag, my upload speed is around 60 mbps. Unfortunately it happened during a fortnite streaming event where i would have made 1000$ if my stream did not start going crazy. If i could get any help or insight on this i'd REALLY appreciate it. The event is currently still going on and i still have a chance to get back in there if i can stabilize my stream. Here is a log of my bitrate in the redzone

According to the log, OBS did not find enough bandwidth available for sending your stream. The line seemed congested, and frames were dropped.
