Title says it all. I stream my xbone using OBS, Elgato cap card, Ethernet connected 720p60fps (reduced to 30fps but didn't help) 2000kbps bitrate 4000kbps buffer.

Changed a couple things here and there after watching a couple videos on the jewtube but they didn't help so now i'm at wits end.
