Question / Help Stream Issues: Buffering and WebCam FPS DROPS

Hey guys log is below 2 issues:

1) Any game i get around 30% fps drop when the webcam is toggled on on OBS
2) My stream is always buffering on twitch

Well you 1st question is about your cam, and most of the times thats because the cam is not configured correctly so have a look at that guide to see if it helps.

Second. If you are not a partner of twitch it's not recommended to stream @ 3500 bitrate.
non-partners should bascily go around 2000 -2500 to get a decent viewable stream.
And keep de buffer and bitrate the same.

Well you 1st question is about your cam, and most of the times thats because the cam is not configured correctly so have a look at that guide to see if it helps.

I will try lowering my birate whe n iget some :)
