Recently i just built a computer for the sole purpose of streaming and haven't been able to because of stream frames dropping. It is not a computer problem because my computer has no ingame frames dropped and continues to run over 150+ frames with zero dropping.
PC specs- Cpu- amd fx 8350
Gpu- radeon 7950
8 6b memory
Internet specs- 55down 4-11up
I was beginning to think the problem might be internet consistency. But the lowest point of the day internet wise i still have 4 mbps upload. Having said that, It should be more than capable of running a 1500 bitrate stream at 720p. What's even more weird is that i have run streams at 4000 bitrate for over 3 hours then have been fine than randomly will drop, even at 750 bitrate. Like I said i lag zero in game so it isn't a computer problem. I am direct connected to the internet as well.
