I'd like to start streaming, but I have no idea what settings to put. I look on my videos and it'll be fine for a small bit, then it'll screen tear and lag, and then go back to normal, and then repeat.
Here's my rig:
Intel i5 3750k processor
Nvidia GTX 670 GC
8GB RAM
Internet: 20 Mbps Down, 2 Mbsp Up
What should my optimal settings be in order to stream with no lag and watchable quality?
