I'm streaming CS:GO with these settings
-nvenc
-3500 bit & buffer rate
-high quality preset
6700K
970GTX
16GB RAM
20MB upload
Each 10-15sec there is a like a little lag spike on the stream? I tried everything (x264, lower bitrate) etc no fixxes
