Question / Help Stream blurry/not good quality

Hey,

I have been trying to setup my stream so i can start streaming consistently since i got my new internet. But when i set my stream to 720p 30 fps 3000-3500 bitrate the stream looks even blurrier and worse than 2500 kbps stream.

This is a stream which i recorded today

Those 2 highlights are recorded way back when i had much worse internet and i was streaming in 2500 kbps.

Imo those last 2 highlights look way more crisp and better than the one that i tried to stream with 35000 kps.

I have tried many different settings, stream looks still exactly the same.

The old video is a lot crispier and less blurry, you can clearly see it. Even looking at the net graph you can see how the text is sharper. And the fact is that i used 3500 kbps bitrate on new one and 2500 on old one.
