Question / Help SENRAN KAGURA SHINOVI VERSUS is sluggish..

I just got the game not long ago, and the game does play perfectly when OBS isn't running, but becomes sluggish when the game is captured in OBS Studio. Game Capture, Window Capture AND screen capture all have the same result.

I uploaded my log file, but I can't see and problems with it:

What pci-e mode is your video card in?

PCI-e x4 (x16 Mechanical)
Edit: Card is in the wrong port. On the old PC, it was in an x16 port. How I messed that up, I'll never know.

I managed to move the card to the correct slot, and the performance is greatly improved, but I'm still having the same issue as before. When OBS Studio is on, the game loses half it's speed. When I turn it off, game plays normally.

It's still having major problems with downloading frames from the video card. You could get 30fps with those numbers, but 60fps needs the total time per frame to be under 16ms.

You may simply be due for a new video card.

The radeon 6450 is pretty low end.
