Question / Help seeing my chat and webcam

Im using OBS to stream, and I wanted to know how can I see some of my layers or addons while in game?
stuff like Webcam or my Layout or Twitchalerts Chat box

Not yet, but I read it's a planned feature. In the meantime, use a 2nd monitor if available.
