Question / Help Required File

Hi.
I wanted to download OBS but when I tried to launch the installer :
"Your system is missing runtime components that OBS Studio requires. Please make sure to install both vcredist_x64 and vcredist_x86. Would you like to download them ? Yes No "
When I clicked on Yes, the window disappeared and... Nothing. (When i click on No too).
Then I tried to download these files from Microsoft website. I succeeded, but the same window appeared when i launch the installer.
Please help i don't understand !
PS : I'm french, please forgive the English faults ^^.

You need to run the files, not just download them.

Well, I tried, but when i run x64, it asks me to accept some Microsoft rules, then there is a little loading, and then Nothing. When I run x86, I can choose between Repair, uninstall, and close. When i choose repair, there is a loading again, and Nothing.
