Question / Help Rendering lag problem

Every time I use OBS to stream I have a rendering lag problem and it makes it so my stream drops TONS of frames. I use shadowplay "broadcast live" and it looks perfect. I have no extra sources besides my game capture for fortnite. I have tried many different things. I am using a gaming laptop and a wireless connection (100MBs down 10-15 up) and am trying to stream 720p60

GPU: Nvidia GTX 960M
CPU: Intel i7-6700HQ @ 2.60GHz, 2592Mhz, 4 Cores, 8 Logical Processors
RAM: 16GB
