Question / Help Recordings taking up double listed space

So I did a big recording today (about 1 hour), and the end result took up about 10GB. Or at least that's what it said in the bottom left corner of the file explorer when I click on it. When I right click and go into properties though, it says that it takes up 20GB. Now this wouldn't be too much of an issue, BUT, previously when I've recorded for an hour it only takes up 10GB, but suddenly it's taking up 20GB. Hope that makes sense, if not, I can try and explain a bit better :D

Did you change base resolution? Output resolution? Frame rate? Bitrate? Etc.
Things like that contribute to file size.

Nope, literally nothing has changed. I'm mainly just interested in why the file size displays 2 different sizes in different sections of my computer.

You mean the same file shows in Explorer 10 GB but in its properties 20 GB? Not different files? Could you show a screenshot?

Usually this happens if the file is still being written to. Properties show the real file size from this very moment, but Explorer shows a previously read cached size.
