Question / Help Recording will not stop after pressing 'Stop Recording'

Seems that there are a lot of other people who encounter this problem, but my situation is very strange...

This problem only happens when I stream and record at the same time. Whether the livestream is stopped or not, pressing the Stop Recording button will end with the button stuck on 'Stopping Recording...' and will not save the file. After killing OBS and the other process it is running, I go to find that my file does not save at all. I've tried everything I could do. I tried to record the video in mp4, flv, mkv, but none of those would allow the video to write after the recording. I tried changing the file where the recordings save to, no luck. My only solution is to download the archive of the livestream off of twitch and reupload it. Any ideas on how to prevent this problem?

Video format: tried mp4, flv, mkv
Encoder: H264/AVC Encoder (AMD Advanced Media Framework)
Quality Preset: Quality
Rate Control Method: CBR
Pre-pass: Disabled
Target Bitrate: 40000
Keyframe Interval: 0.00

Can you post the log from the attempt where issue is present (look for the log's timestamp)?

I’ll go and replicate the glitch and send a new log file

Here it seemed that the recording did not stop even though I pressed 'Stop Recording' after stopping the stream. I shut OBS down after that happened.

What happens if you hit the Stop Recording button again in 30 seconds?
