Question / Help Recording playback first 17 minutes 1 frame per minute?

As title showed, the first 17 minutes of my one-hour recording of a gameplay and webcam is very laggy in playback, the rest of the video - sometimes it lags sometimes smooth.
I didn't change any settings. My recording from yesterday was completely normal.
Can someone please help? How do I prevent this, and is there anyway to fix the first 17 minutes of the video?

You've got several recording sessions in this long, but the last (which was the longest) shows significant CPU overload. It would have been displayed in your status bar during recording.

Not sure why, though, as it looks like your settings are, for the most part, reasonable.

You can't fix the video once recorded-- the lag you're seeing was recorded in the video. You might try future recording with a faster CPU preset if the same issue recurs.
