I have 19 Ping/ 6.28 download speed/ 0.60mbps (Upload Speed)

(Encoding:) I have CBR checked -> 1000max Bitrate -> *unchecked custom buffer* -> 1000 buffer size ->

(Audio Encoding:) Codec: AAC -> Format 48kHz -> Bitrate 128 -> Channel : Stereo

(Video:) 1366 x 768 (aspect ratio:) 683:384 -> Resolution Downscale: None (1366x768) -> FPS 30
