Okay, so I used to be able to record League of Legends fine on obs using game capture (Obs still works for every other game other than League it seems now).
Then, one day, I downloaded windows movie maker because I wanted to edit my videos a bit. After installing windows movie maker though, windows 10 reinstalled itself (I say reinstalled because I already had windows 10 installed) or it seemed. It went to that whole upgrade screen thing and stuff and did the same stuff it did when it was first installed pretty much. REALLY WEIRD. I'm not sure if this is because movie maker is part of windows essentials or what, but it was really freakin' weird.
Now, if I try to double click League of Legends it errors out and breaks (yes, I have tried reinstalling it). In order to get it to run, I have to now run it as administrator (yes, I have tried uninstalling and running the installer as administrator).
Anyway, point is, now when I play League, I can't get Obs to record it. And yes, I do run Obs as administrator because League now requires that to be recorded for some reason except Obs still does not record League. Weird, I know.
Also, yes, I have tried uninstalling Obs and reinstalling Obs as well. I wouldn't be posting here unless I felt like I was out of options other than just wiping my computer because of whatever damage installing windows movie maker did. I would really like to not have to perform a clean install of windows, but I'm worried my stupid computer thought windows 10 wasn't installed and so decided to "upgrade" my computer and reinstall windows 10 even though it was already installed, resulting in all the problems you get when you upgrade an OS instead of just clean installing it.
Any ideas? Suggestions?
