Are there any methods using iPhones or Andriod phones to stream directly to OBS or another application that I can then import as a live "remote" feed and switch from one feed to another?

I would like to have multiple streams from remote sources available to switch with an audio track in the background.
The lipsynch is not much of an issue for me, but if there is another program available to assist I would like to know as well.
Questions:
1. How do I get the iPhone/Andriod videos from the phone to the server from LTE or Wifi connections?
2. What are the programs I need to use?
