Question / Help Quality is very poor when screen recording

I'm trying to get 720p (minimum) quality when I screen record. Need it to be at least this as I'm using OBS for a uni module. I've watched numerous tutorial on YouTube and the quality still seems 480p ish.

I'll add the log.
