Question / Help Problems with streaming | high cpu

Hello, I have used the Estimator on the website but if I livestream it`s says "High cpu usage".

my hardware

CPU: amd phenom II X4 945 (3.00 GHz)
GPU: MSI TWINFROZR II 2GB (gtx 660)
RAM: 10 GB

here are my settings

Video Encoding: x264
fps: 30
width: 1280, height: 720
preset: veryfast
profile: main
Time between keyframes: 2
CBR: yes
CFR: yes
max bitrate: 3500
buffer size: 3500

Audio Encoding: MP3
bitrate: 128

your CPU is too weak to run games and stream simultaneously. The only things you can do is either upgrade your system to something better suited to streaming, like an Intel i7, or give NVENC a try (provided it works on your GTX660)

What if I buy a another amd cpu like an AMD FX-6300??

If you are buying a new cpu with live streaming in mind. Stick to Intel.
