Question / Help Problems with recording [closed]

I want to record for youtube in OBS, but I don't know how to configure it properly.
When I record in size of my screen it record just sound, and there is just screenshot of second when I started recording.
When I record in size 1280x720 and then right click on source [screen capture] then [fit to screen] it has black lines on edges.
But when I record using Action! In 720p60fps and 1080p60fps it records properly, without any issues.
So how do I configure OBS to record like action?
(I have 10mb upload, so I set 8000 bitrate and 60fps)

PS I apologize for any mistakes, but my native language is not English :D

I have the same problem too, how do you get rid of those black lines/edges?

Set your base resolution as 1920x1080, then hit start recording, then click edit scene and stretch the image that is being record till full screen. I will probably upload a video to my channel explaining this. My channel is Ninjaguy_1000.

@Sapiens I am thinking of doing a resoluation of 1280 x 720 with a downscale of 1.50. Do you think I should do this?

My specs:
i5-6220U Intel
NVIDIA GeForce 920M
8 GB of RAM
One terabyte of storage

You should be able to do 1080p60 with Quick Sync or NVENC if you want.
