Question / Help Problems with Elgato, disconnects and reconnects...

Hello, then I am anxious first of all to specify that I am not thus fluent in English be indulgent.

Here is my problem, me stream for a long time with the OB, and today in the morning to make my usual stream on PS4 (with elgatoHD60) the problems appeared, the software disconnects and reconnects, with the good(property) on: No. device then, One moment please...

Approximately every 5 minutes that crash I don't know what to do really, I tried to reinstall the Game program captures, the OB, to disconnect and to connect cables but nothing to make. I am also anxious to specify that I have well the version 32bit that to make?

It would not be a problem of plug in?

I don't have too much help to offer, but if you use elgato's capture software for an extended period of time do you still experience the disconnects? That will help determine if it's OBS specific or perhaps an issue with the capture device.

Yesterday everything was well, it is strange, I reinstalled everything and today, still the same thing, the problem of disconnection and reconnexion..

Try a different USB port on your computer, re-plug all your cables connection to the Game Capture. Check for loose cables, etc.

OK I am going to try that tomorrow but I does not understand why overnight that make me this problem, I have already tried on another USB port but the same problem but I am going to re-try by reconnecting everything;)
