Question / Help (Potential Bug?) Can't Capture OSU!

I'm trying to capture a game called osu!, but when I select the game as a window capture like I do most normal games, It only displays a single frame of the game and no others. It's just a still image of the game. I don't know if this is a bug or I'm just doing something wrong, but some help would be very much appreciated.

At least, 32bit version of the obs capture the game normally on my system (both 'Game Capture' and 'Window Capture'). You may try obs32.exe too. I just used default settings for the game, default for 'Game Capture', software x264 encoder, Win7x86, AMD Radeon card.

P.S. run game windowed for window capture, but I suggest 'Game Capture' and fullscreen (letterboxed).

I've been using window capture with all of my other games like League but for some reason osu! just does not want to display any other frames. Its a weird bug and I don't know if its osu!'s fault or OBS

What is your in game settings? Do you unchecked Fullscreen to use window capture? Why you wan't use 'Game Capture'?

No fullscreen, I do windowed borderless so I can alt+tab easier like with all my games. I can try gamecapture but I prefer window capture for that windowed alt+tab functionality.
