Question / Help Pop Out chat wont display correctly in OBS?

I wanted to add a pop out chat on my stream on OBS by popping out my chat and adding it to my obs scenes, but when i preview my stream I see black and white bar on my chat instead of the chat itself? I've done this before with pop outs and I haven't had a problem, this just started yesterday. I'm running two monitors and I have screenshot showing exactly what the issue is here: http://gyazo.com/270883011b2e996d73afd83a1ba691d2

Any help would be appreciated, and for OBS settings, i'm running the same settings I've always had.

Are you usings CLR for this or just window capture?

You'll most likely need to disable hardware acceleration in Chrome if you insist on window capturing the Twitch chat frame popout instead of using a Browser Plugin-based solution.

Yep. Chrome has been misbehaving pretty badly in recent updates all-around. Make sure you use the option to fully disable hardware accel/GPU assist, and not just for video playback.

@dping He stopped by my stream yesterday and we talked about his issue a bit, it seems window capture isn't working with other (non-browser) windows either, but game and monitor capture work fine. Not sure what would cause that, maybe an interfering window hook from a program like DisplayFusion? But I thought a log file might be a good start since this doesn't look like a Chrome or browser hardware acceleration issue any more.
