Question / Help (PLEASE HELP) OBS Studio randomly stops encoding, but doesn't stop stream.

For the past week and a half I've been having problems with OBS Studio randomly stopping the encoder. I will get no warning about this and often I have to rely on people warning me in the stream chat on YouTube.
I have not been able to find any errors in the log files as this does not crash OBS Studio.

Here's a quick senario of what happens 99.9% of the time when this happens:
- No warning about the encoder dropping to 0KB/s
- The stream on YouTube will end
- Chat will tell me that the stream is dead
- I will then click 'stop streaming' in OBS Studio
- The 'stop streaming' button will be stuck at 'stopping stream'
- I will then have to end obs64.exe in task manager
- I will then re-launch OBS Studio and continue streaming

My system:
AMD FX 8320 4.1Ghz
16Gb System memory
Radeon R9 390 Strix DOC III
Windows 7 Ultimate

I use 2 different setups when streaming
If I'm streaming with my Elgato HD60 I use CBR with a max bitrate of 10,000Kb/s
If i'm streaming directly from my PC I use CQP with I frame 27 and P frame 28 which get's me in between 8000 - 12,000Kb/s
I also always use GPU acceleration

I know my internet and hardware can handle these settings because i've been using the same setup for quite some time

I even tried doing a fresh install of OBS Studio and did a test stream and managed to get the encoder to last 2 and a half hours before having the same problem.

I've included the log file for said test stream.

*** UPDATE

I've changed nothing in my settings and now OBS tends to BOSD my PC...
This may be a hardware issue. Either failing memory or a failing disk. At least that's my running theory at the moment...
