Question / Help Please help me!

I'm a mother of 9 years old boy. He wants to record game videos. So I downloaded this OBS. I have tried 3 days to make it work and I will start banging my head to the walls in a minute!! I don't understand much about computers. I don't even know if the computer is enough or not enough something to even run this program. I don't know what the hell is CPU or anything else. I tried to google, but the instructions sounds like klingon to me. I don't even know how to make a log file! I know nothing and it's frustrating and it makes me cry and scream in a moment. And I'm just trying to help my son... as I hope your mothers did when you were young.

Somebody please help me!!! What do I have to do???

First off, we need to know if you are using OBS Studio or OBS Classic (clicked the green buttons on the left side, or the right side?).

If you're using OBS Studio, you can show the latest log file by clicking "Help", hover over "Log Files" and click "View Current Log". Upload that log file and we should be able to help you further.
