Question / Help PLEASE HELP INF AUDIO LOOP Can't find fix!!!!

Hey guys so I have a dumb issue I cant seem to fix It just started out of nowhere use to stream no problems that being said now that it is happening ive tried everything and I can tell you what it's not (Not Preview or stream watching) the only fix I can seem to find is to disable my Desktop audio in the audio settings of OBS and I can't figure out what is causing my head set to do this my mic audio works fine when I turn desktop audio off but then I have no sounds when I try to play game that goes thru stream it seems to repeat about 5 seconds of audio then repeats it over and over I would really appreciate it if someone can help me with this as I love streaming but makes it impossible to do so like this as it ruins the stream quality overall with infinite loops of me talking or game audio please please someone help me fix this!!!
