Question / Help PC Specs minimum - Bluestacks2+OBS

Hello people,

Sorry if this is repeated question but I'm newbie to this software and I'm kinda lost.

I just installed OBS studio to local record gameplay of android games using Bluestacks emulator.
I know that Bluestacks itself already consume some resources of the PC and...

When I start recording with OBS the game turns out very laggy and the final video file is a disaster, already tried to change some settings but the result is always very bad.

So my question, Is my PC ok to use this two software at same time? Or it is better to invest in a better PC?

My PC is a asus laptop:

• intel i7 7500U processor (dual core)
  
  
• 8 GB onboard memory RAM
  
  
• GPU Intel HD graphics 620 onboard
  
  
• SSD drive
  
  
• QHD+ screen (3200x1800)
  

What can I do to get at nice 720p gameplay?

A second log where I tried different settings, the result is a little better but still very choppy, mainly in the final video. Thank you.
