Question / Help Output Laggy

When Recording, everything in the preview looks fine. But when viewing the finished recording I notice that its super laggy and stuttery. I never had this problem before and I have a Pretty Beefy PC.

OBS isn't reporting any problems other than a single frame that was lost in the recording, which is nothing.

How are you viewing your recording back? VLC? Where is it being recorded? Do you have issues when recording at a lower bitrate or lower resolution?

Also, read Harold's signature very carefully.

I've used the Windows Movie and TV app, Windows Media player, and VLC
