Question / Help Optimal NVENC settings for Recording Stream to Archive Localy

Hi,

I am using workstation with following configuration:

CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1245 v5 Quad Core (3.50GHz / 3.90GHz)
RAM: 16GB DDR4
Video: Nvidia Quadro M620 2GB Dedicated Ram.

The video that is being streamed using browser is Full HD 1920x1080, 29.97 FPS, 5-6Mbps or sometimes 9Mbps.

I would appreciate advise on settings for NVENC H.264 codec that will be optimal for such videos to be archived locally.
