Question / Help "One Moment Please" Elgato HD60 Pro Not Usable in OBS

I am trying to use the elgato hd 60 pro internal Game capture, and when i try to use obs so i can record my face also, instead of it being laggy on other software, the game capture tells me One moment please. ive done a lot of research and non of it is helping. but when i go to use the elgatos software it works perfectly besides saying my computer is to slow to use the special features. everything works beside the elgato itself on obs. ive reinstalled both softwares and drivers. and still nothing. restarted computer and nothing. Anyone know the situation?>
