Question / Help OBS using 0 kbps

Hello!
Today I started to experience a strange problem, OBS just wont use my internet.
It will stick at 0 kbps at most of the time and sometimes shoot up to 900 kbps, causing more than 80% of the frames to drop. It was working normally just yesterday, I use 2600kbps CBR.
It will do the same thing when streaming just a still image.

Sorry if this is a known error, I don't seem to find anything to help me about it.
Thanks!

Test made just now:

Thank you for your answer. I have tried almost all Twitch servers and have tried to set the Bind option to "Default" and my local IP (only options available). I still have the same problem.

From the log, I've noticed these lines:

Code:
...
18:54:20: okay, this is strange
18:54:20: RTMPPublisher::SocketLoop: Aborting due to loop exit
18:54:20: librtmp error: WriteN, RTMP send error 10035 (79 bytes)
18:54:20: librtmp error: WriteN, RTMP send error 10038 (42 bytes)
...

I just don't know what they mean, tried to google them and I don't seem to find a solution either.
Thanks in advance.

Try the ashburn secondary server.. also are you using any kind of non configured shaping program ? some of them come as a part of the adapter driver installation make sure to uninstall/disable that.

The Ashburn secondary gives me the same results. I had a shaping program before, when I first installed all drivers, have it long uninstalled now. Keep in mind that it was all working just yesterday.
Have no idea what could it be.
Thanks all in advance.
